This page explains the data flows implemented in the software. It is not a complete privacy policy or a statement of regulatory certification.
Public exploration and patient information
The anatomy demonstration is separate from the authenticated patient flow. Use your clinic’s patient portal for forms, photographs and appointment conversations; do not send these through a general support enquiry.
Clinic submissions
Patients review and authorize submission of their information to their clinic. Optional photographs have a separate sharing authorization. Appointment requests require confirmation by the clinic.
Optional notices and app statistics
Email notices depend on verified email, patient preference and an enabled email service. App usage statistics require opt-in and exclude patient text, photographs and treatment values. These statistics are separate from operational account and announcement records.
Questions about your information
Contact your clinic about information submitted for your care. For software access and support, use the access and help page. Retention schedules, deletion procedures and applicable policy terms must be confirmed with the operator.
